2008 Williams Selyem Russian River Valley Zinfandel Forchini Vineyard
Just a quick note on this one, even though I’m Williams Selyem obsessed and could probably come up with more. Mostly, it’s because we thought that it was merely good, though better than “just okay.”
This zin is a hazy dark purple color with full body that is supple and smooth. On the nose was berry and alcohol. We detected lots of red and dark fruit with spice, earth and tar on the long finish. I liked the texture a lot.__
